About The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor at our Malaga Depot running day to day operations based out of the Perth branch for the energy team, communication priorities to the leading hands with daily tasks for distribution, liaison with the rental coordinator and Operations manager. About You: This role requires a seasoned Supervisor - Trades background in Electrical, Mechanical or Fabrication Disciplines. A minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience. Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent preferred. Current Australian 'C' class manual Drivers Licence. Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills. Experience in power generation and or dewatering. Demonstrated technical understanding of equipment manufacturing, maintenance and operations.
